Have you mistyped your order, chosen the wrong colour scheme or noticed an error in your address? Please send us a message here.

We will deal with your request as quickly as possible. We may still be able to change details of your order. 

Please write us a message here. We will check whether your order can still be canceled and get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have received an email from us with a payment reminder, your order has not been fully been completed.    

Would you like to finalize your order? Then simply follow the ‘Finalize payment now’ link in the email. As soon as the order has been fully completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email.  

Don't want to receive the order? In this case, you can simply ignore the reminder email. Your order will be automatically cancelled by us.
